I recently had Kat take some photos of my food for a cookbook to be published this year. Having only seen the photos through her camera lens, I could tell that they are going to look amazing. There is something so satisfying about food photography. The ability to capture how gooey or crunchy something is. The colours, textures and light all come together to show off the hero on the plate.
